Edurora Academy (Pvt) Ltd collects the personal information you give us when you inquire, register or take part in a program. This notice explains how we use it. (Template – have it reviewed against Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 and any rules for international participants.)
Name, contact numbers, email, organization and job details, the programs you inquire about or register for, payments and payment slips, live attendance, recording access, certificates, delivery addresses for printed certificates, feedback, and your communication preferences.
To answer inquiries, manage registrations and payments, deliver programs, verify attendance, issue and verify certificates, deliver printed certificates, improve our programs, meet legal and accounting obligations and – only if you agree – tell you about relevant future programs.
Only authorised Edurora staff whose role requires it. Lecturers see participant names for their own sessions only. Payment slips, contact details and meeting links are restricted. We do not sell your data. Service providers we use (hosting, email, WhatsApp, Zoom, courier) process data on our instructions.
Financial and certificate records are kept as required for accounting and verification. Contacts who never registered are removed after a defined period.
You can update your details and stop program announcements at any time in your participant portal or by replying STOP. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting info@eduroraacademy.com.
